Sandhurst Villa Address: Southern dunes haines city Executive, immaculately maintained, privately owned 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa on PGA award winning Southern Dunes Golf Club. South facing pool overlooking the 2nd tee. Many extras including games room, and a b-b-q.

Sandhurst Villa is an air-conditioned,immaculately maintained, luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home,situated on the prestigious PGA award winning Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club in central Florida. It is decorated & maintained to the very highest standards.The lounge,dining area & kitchen are open plan with vaulted ceilings,giving a light & airy feel. It has a private south facing pool, overlooking the 2nd tee, & comes equipped with a table, 4 chairs & 3 loungers.We have fitted a retractable sun canopy for those very hot days. There is a b-b-q. Wi-fi internet access is available (bring your own laptop),& free local & national phone calls (including to Canada).

LOUNGE The open plan lounge has two sofas,one of which converts into a U.S. queen size bed.There is 37" cable T.V.,DVD/CD player,PS2,games & books for your enjoyment.The villa has air conditioning,& we have also added a ceiling fan for your extra comfort. DINING AREA The dining area overlooks the pool & has seating for six people.There is seating for two extra people at the breakfast bar if required. KITCHEN The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooker,fridge/freezer with ice maker,microwave oven,dishwasher,waste disposal unit,blender,coffee-maker,electric kettle,electric toaster,& all the cooking utensils you might need.

MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom,overlooking the pool area at the rear of the villa,has a U.S. queen size bed,dresser & bedside cabinets,cable T.V.,clock-radio & phone.There is a bathroom with shower unit, & a walk-in closet with fitted safe.We have also added a ceiling fan for extra comfort.A hair dryer is also provided. SECOND DOUBLE BEDROOM This double bedroom is situated at the front of the property & looks out onto a beautifully maintained garden.There is a U.S. queen size bed,walk-in wardrobes,dresser & bedside cabinets.Again a ceiling fan has been fitted,a safe, & a clock radio provided. TWIN BEDROOM The twin bedroom is furnished with twin beds & a dresser.It also has walk-in wardrobes & a clock radio is supplied. Both the twin & second double bedrooms are central to the second bathroom,which has a shower,& a hair dryer.

GAMES ROOM The games room is situated in the garage & has a full size pool table,junior pool/fuzzball/air hockey table,& an electronic darts board.There are two adults & 3 childrens bikes provided for guests' use.Here you will also find the laundry facilities which comprise large washing machine,dryer,iron & ironing board.A fan has been fitted for comfort..

We've had a lovely family holiday & have made lots of special memories. Your home has been great for our family, practical & met all our needs. We've visited lots of parks in the time we've been here, been very busy fitting it all in, but lots of fun has been had! Round of golf was very enjoyable & the kids have loved the pool & the squirrels, rabbits & birds we've seen. Home now for a rest!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home! We've stayed at Southern Dunes many times in the past but this villa is hands down the best. Your home is incredibly well maintained, well equipped & exceptionally clean. We spent most of our time in & by the pool & enjoyed watching the squirrels & the birds just outside the pool area. From the great shower to the perfect location within the community everything was spot on. We're already looking forward to our next booking!

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your villa & facilities for our special holiday. It was a perfect base for our visits to Disney & Universal which I'll remember with new experiences & fondness of the time spent with my son, daughter-in-law, & grandchildren. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely villa. We loved our 'lazy' time in the pool, watching the birds, squirrels & lizards. We've had a brilliant 2 weeks, filled with lots of fun at Universal, SeaWorld, Clearwater Beach & NASA - we even got to see a rocket launch! Manny's Chophouse & Millers Ale House were our eating out highlights. Culvers for delivery was delicious. We are sad to be leaving, but hope to return a.s.a.p.

Happy to be back for a second time to escape the UK winter, although the first 10 days were cold & wet ( had to put the heating on & buy jumpers!). Luckily lovely weather since & we have enjoyed sitting out & watching all the birds on the feeder; we've seen all sorts! No new places to recommend apart from Circle B Nature Reserve ( 40 min drive) where we got up close to alligators & saw bald eagles! Our first trip to Culvers which we enjoyed ( frozen custard!). They did a great vege burger,too!

This year we finally got to stay there and it lived up to our expectations in every respect. We have stayed in other properties on Southern Dunes many times and this one is right up there with the best! We loved the south-facing pool and the view across the fairway. T

Jan 2015. So pleased we were able to book a return visit at a late date. We had checked availability before & there was no vacancy. Just hope whoever had to cancel didn't have bad luck, of course.
