Six of us stayed at the house for a golf vacation at the end of April, 2017. The accommodations were clean and spacious. There was record breaking heat during our stay so we made good use of the shaded pool. It is a bonus that the back of the house faces east and is out of the hot afternoon sun. There are also large trees shading the lanai area. We cooked two dinners at the house and found the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils.

Southern Dunes is a tightly-packed, well-managed golf course community. Friendly, and very secure with gate security. This home is very clean and nice, quiet, comfortable and functional. We have stayed there twice, and would do so again.

I had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful dwelling for the month of February 2016. The property owners were very accommodating with the whole process. The house was beyond my expectations, very clean, well laid out, and stocked with everything I needed to make my stay pleasurable. I especially enjoyed the master bedroom with on suite, very roomy, new king size bed and furniture and a beautiful Jacuzzi tub. The main floor was very tastefully decorated with new furniture and ceramic floors.

Thank you! We truly enjoyed your beautiful home! We stayed with our daughter and our friends - a family of 4. Everyone enjoyed the private pool. It was beautifully lit at night. We spent a few days at Disney Parks ( about 20 minutes away) and spent a day enjoying the pool and beautiful view of the golf course!

Home was very nice and comfortable. Neighborhood was beautiful. Walking distance to many eateries and shopping. Away enough from the hustle and bustle and close enough to all the action

We enjoyed a full month at this well kept home. It had everything we needed to make it comfortable and homey. The pool was wonderful to have. The community of Southern Dunes if beautiful and provided us with lots of walking routes. Orlando attractions, baseball spring training in Lakeland, Orlando, Kissimmee are a 30 minute drive and lots of golf courses in the area. This is a great place to stay to get away from the hustle bustle of the tourist areas. Definitely need a car to get around

This is truly a wonderful villa. We stayed three weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our Florida holiday. The VRBO photos depicted the property accurately. The property was clean and well cared for with all the necessary amenities. The living room was nice with very comfortable sofa & loveseat and a big screen TV with all necessary channels. The bedrooms were spacious, especially the master bedroom which was huge. The mattresses were quite comfy. Plenty of everything: towels, linens and kitchenware. We spent a good part of our days eating, visiting, reading or lounging in the lanai which was perfectly situated. We were able to enjoy the warmth of the rising sun and then as the day got hotter retreat to the shaded area. The view of the 16th hole of the golf course was splendid. The small knoll at the end of the property offered us much privacy. Telephone calls to anywhere in USA and Canada were free so no problem checking out store hours & addresses or keeping in touch with loved ones back home. The villa is close to all that Central Florida has to offer. A short drive will take you to LEGOLAND, Sea World, Discovery Cove and all four of the Disney parks. Just outside the front gate there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter, Winn-Dixie and Dollar Tree. A five minute drive takes you to Publix, liquor store, local shops and restaurants. The owners Cathy and Bryan were fantastic and replied promptly to all our concerns and queries. With only one master bedroom with en suite this villa is mostly suited for a family, especially if renting for longer stays. We were two retired couples renting for the full three weeks. The couple staying upstairs had ample privacy but not the case for the couple downstairs as the bathroom opened out into the main sitting area. Of course we managed but it was not the ideal situation.

We stayed at this home over over Thanksgiving Break with our children. We loved it. Very nice and spacious home. Everything as described. Super nice owners. Always available to help and answer questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Great area!
