Green View Villa our fully air conditioned luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa. Private salt water filtered pool and covered lanai overlooking the golf course. Disney 20 minutes, Legoland 20 minutes, airport 45 minutes, shops immediately outside the community, over 550 freshwater lakes to fish and fabulous beaches just over an hour away what better place to stay? You can enjoy the best of both worlds with a holiday at our fabulous villa. Set in relaxed surroundings with plenty of facilities on site yet near to all the main attractions Florida has to offer. Green View villa is furnished to a high standard throughout for the perfect holiday home away from home. Our luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, is located on the award winning Steve Smyers designed golf course at Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club and overlooks the course.

The villa is spacious, fully air-conditioned and the accommodation includes: GREAT ROOM Large spacious room with a high ceiling and ceiling fan. The comfortable lounge area with new sofas overlooks the pool and has views of the golf course. We have provided entertainment for all ages including 55" television, blue ray DVD, CD player with radio and a selection of books and games suitable for all ages. Quiet seating area.

DINING AREA Large dining table seats up to 8.

KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped including a large cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, even an electric can opener, waste disposal unit, telephone, plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware and lots of cooking equipment and utensils.

MASTER BEDROOM AND EN SUITE BATHROOM Views of golf course with patio doors leading directly to the lanai and pool. Sealy Posturepedic king bed, ceiling fan, bedside cabinets, table lamps, chest of drawers, LED flat screen television, mirror, clock/radio, safe and telephone. Leading from this bedroom is a walk in closet and a door to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has an external door to the pool area. It has a large walk in shower, toilet, washbasin, vanity unit and hairdryer.

MASTER BEDROOM 2 AND ENSUITE BATHROOM Queen bed with plush top mattress, ceiling fan, bedside cabinet, table lamp, chest of drawers, LED flat screen television, multi region DVD player, clock radio, full length mirror and fitted wardrobe with plenty of hanging and storage space. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, toilet, basin, mirror and vanity unit.

BEDROOM 3 AND 4 Twin pillow top beds, ceiling fan, Playstation 2 with controllers, clock, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe with plenty of hanging and storage space.

FAMILY BATHROOM This is adjacent the twin bedrooms. It has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet, washbasin, vanity unit, bathroom scales, hairdryer, linen hamper and a cupboard with a supply of towels including beach towels.

GARAGE Integral double garage with air hockey, football table, electronic darts and a half set of golf clubs, washing machine, tumble drier, laundry basket, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner. We also provide a cot/playpen and highchair. There is also a selection of pool toys for your enjoyment in the pool. It is also possible to move the games to one side and use the garage to keep cars out of the hot sun.

PATIO AND COVERED LANAI This area is fully screened. The covered lanai provides welcome relief from the sun and overlooks the pool and golf course. The lanai has a ceiling fan and outside lighting making it suitable for use from early morning breakfast to dinner al fresco or a late night drink. The furniture includes a patio table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue.

SWIMMING POOL Has now been upgraded to a salt water filtered pool. No more red and stinging eyes and much kinder to skin and hair. To keep children safe there is a pool safety fence separating the pool from the lanai. The pool has underwater lighting and is ideal for a late night swim! For additional privacy we have added Florida glass to the pool screen

LOCATION The villa overlooks the course at the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. Southern Dunes is a fully gated community. SHOPPING Just outside the community (within walking distance) is a variety of shops including a 24 hour Wal-Mart, 2 chemists, bank, several well known food chains, Manny's Chop House, petrol station, hairdressing salon, liquer store and video hire shops.

Thank you for the use of your fantastic villa. Everything your could possibly need is here. This is our first time as a family in Florida and the location in relation to all of the theme parks was perfect. We loved the pool at the end of a very long day at the parks - great fun.
